I am 5'9 about 270 and I bought the 4XL and it's perffffff! (Was able to use the middle set of hooks comfortably) It fits as expected if you are sure of your measurements. I waited until I worked out in it to give it a review to see if I would roll up and it didn't... it stayed in place! another concern of mine was if the metal boning would poke or stab me but it hasn't so all in all this is a great buy! And it came quick! Will re purchase when I need the size down!

Loved it i normally wear a medium in clothing both shirts and pants but i ordered a large waist trainer it fit perfectly its super comfortable I've even slept with it on a few times it provides great back support and I've lost a few inches in my waist by wearing it several hours a day and working out great product

I used to use a body wrap while I work out before I had the baby, but I really wanted to try a waist trainer to help my body recover in the post partum stages. I purchased a large even though before baby I was a medium/small--I know waist trainers are meant to be snug! The picture of me in the blue sports bra was 7 weeks post partum at the gym and I was using the first row of clamps. The second picture is me at 17 weeks postpartum and able to use the last set of clasps! I wear my waist trainer around the house while taking care of the baby and doing chores. It helps with my lower back pain which I didn't used to have until having the baby. I highly recommend this product!

Fits me just right!! you will feel your back is straighter and your waist will be thinner when you are wearing it. The vest quality is pretty good as well.

This product is amazing! It actually breathes, fits perfectly and I love working out with it! There is nothing I can't do with workout trainer! Absolutely love it!! I got a medium and was able to hook it to the third hook. Now I wish I would’ve gotten the small. It’s very stretchable and comfortable. Great for working out. Makes my stomach look flatter. Purchasing a small soon tho.

I'm 5'3 weighing in at 143 Ibs and decided to order a small because of the recommendations and it fit perfectly! I normally wear size medium but the small fit good and I've been wearing it on the second clip. It is super comfortable to wear especially because the back is like a shirt so your fat won't be pushed out in the top. I think it is a great buy for the price however I will say it does not intensely shape your waist like most rubber waist trainers will but it is more comfortable to wear if you're using it to exercise. After buying and trying other shapewear - only to be disappointed and penniless (at times), I thought I was done buying waist trainers and workout garments, as it was a budget killer and waste of energy.
