I’m 140 pounds and I’m 5,6 and 35 inches around my waist because I just had a baby... my stomach area is kind of big for my size it didn’t go completely down after delivery. I am a medium in shirts... I am very happy I got a large. The large fits great I actually wanted it to fit comfortable and work my way up to fitting tight on me. I got it work out in everyday at the gym and to help me get my waist back to how it was before kids. I almost got a medium cause I thought the large would be to big.. since I am normally a medium in everything...even tho the sizes on here are pretty close to accurate you just never know what your actually getting on amazon...stuff on here can run small or bigger sometimes....but I did my research on other buyers reviews on here before I ordered and went with what I read on here... I am glad I did.. Now let’s talk about the material It’s heavy duty but soft it’s worth it for this price you can’t beat that people sale these for almost $100 and up... The one I purchased was the pink one! I may order another color when I go down in size. I have attached pictures to this review so you can see how it fits me even when it’s not on how much space I have in between before clipping it together.. I have it on the first clip now but will work my way up to the other tighter levels... when I start to feel that I need it tighter and start to loose a little weight around my waist!! I had to do this review to help others that want to buy one. So if your around my sizes go with a large.

Instead of ordering based on clothing sizes, I measured myself with a tailor's measuring tape then ordered according to the chart provided by the seller. The waist cincher fit on the largest row of hooks and was comfortable to wear. It is well made and I have no complaints about the quality of the product. It does work as I am now wearing it on the smallest setting and since I've begun wearing it, my posture is improved & I have no back pain. However, the issue I've run into is the waist trainers are not long enough for my torso! This is not the fault of the seller - it's just my body. The cincher is approximately 12" long... and only covers half of my body from underbust to hips. I've tried everything possible and even ordered from another seller what they called a long line cincher for longer torsos. It is the same size and same brand! For anyone else out there experiencing this problem: let me tell you what I've done and save you time, tears and money! I have 2 waist cinchers now that are both the same size and same brand. I wear BOTH of them... tthe bottom of the top cincher overlapping the top of the cincher that covers the bottom of my belly to hips. the overlap is undetectable and they wear as one cincher. My entire torso is covered and my back feels great! I will continue to wear 2 of them from now on.
