I’m a US Large and I got a 3XL. Fits perfectly. Boobs look great. Definitely lifts them. As soon as I put it on I started sweating. So the sauna part definitely works

First let me start by saying this is a really good buy. The vest does what is designed to do, which is make you sweat. I am 5'9.5", 190 lbs, 36DDD with curvy hips and high sitting butt. I ordered an XL an it does perfectly. Is a bit snug in the breast area but I actually find that comforting because it gives me extra support with controlling movement while working out. The bottom Velcro section is a little larger but the fact that it is adjustable makes that not a big issue.

I absolutely love it! I normally wear a XL in shirts but I ordered a 5XL because of my size G breasts and it fits perfectly! Haven’t used it for weight loss yet as I just put it on but I’m sweating just standing here.
