I got a medium and large. I got the first clips on the large buckled. It was tight but I felt like I could go tighter so about an hour later I went down to the middle clasps. My posture improvement is a great surprise. Standing super straight.

This is my second waist trainer. My first is way too small now as I am 5 weeks postpartum. I got the black latex. I am currently at a 31" waistline and ordered a Medium. I wear the trainer for a few hours a day and while I work out/walk.

I absolutely love this waist trainer!! I've had trainers in the past that just didn't do everything that I wanted it to. But this waist trainer is everything. It's long enough to fit the entire torso, it fits true to size, and it really works if your consistent with it especially when you change your diet and add exercising. And it's comfortable to wear around the house and out and about. I do recommend that you wear the trainer over a shirt if you plan on sweating in it though. Can't wait to get another one to really sweat it out in the gym!!!

I love this! I hated my stomach pudge and love handles. This makes everything smooth and my clothes fit much better! I wear it at work for 10 hours/all day and it is super comfortable.

OMGoodness!!! I just received this corset and immediately had to put it on. It was my trainer's idea to buy a corset. There could not have been a better choice than this Yianna!!! Once I got it completely snapped on, my waist was pulled in 3 inches! I'm 5'7 and 142 lbs. I must say, I did not follow the sizing guide. I actually bought 2 sizes down because I wanted as tight a squeeze as possible. The sizing chart recommended a medium, which I'd ordered and had to return because there was too much give/space even when snapped in the last row of hooks. The small probably would have fit, but again, I wanted no give in it. I'm so glad that I ordered the XS. I had to snap it in the 1st row of hooks, which took a bit of work, but I love how compressed I feel. I didn't buy this to wear underneath my clothes, but let me tell you, my waist is snatched and there are no lumps or rolls and my tummy is flat and I sure will be doing just that! It's really tight, but it makes me stand and sit straighter and taller, improving my posture. I've been wearing it for about 2 hours now and it's pretty comfortable. The material is nice and soft and the 9 bones are flexible, allowing me to bend as needed. This corset is definitely comparable to the higher end brands. You will not go wrong with this one! Love, love, love it! I will update this review if anything changes.

By far the best trainer I’ve worn yet. You absolutely cannot beat the quality for this price. I strongly advise getting the 25 steel boned trainer and paying the extra money..it is very worth it! It is the difference between actually getting lasting results or just looking cute. I am 5’3 and weigh 130 and I got the medium. I could’ve probably went with the small (I easily got down to the last set of hooks on my second day) but I am used to wearing trainers so I can handle the extra squeeze. I was able to wear this trainer for the usual 12 hours right from the very first day. But the trainer and get yourself in shape girl!

Ok ladies, lemme say this first: I have been anti-shapewear, cinchers, trainers, etc for years. I have always believed that if you don't look like that with your clothes off, then why bother? I purchased this hoping that it may actually train my waist on top of making healthier choices of course. But with a shape like mine, I was pretty certain it would not fit. What I mean by that is that I am extremely hippy and my lower stomach is pudgy. Let me just say: I WAS SO WRONG!!! This fit and snatched ALL of my mid section up like magic. I know some complain about the length...I am 5'3 and it PERFECTLY fits from beneath my boobs to right above my kit kat! I broke a sweat putting it on the first time, but it is super comfortable once you get it on. I would recommend ordering a size larger if u can for that perfect fit. I am able to sit and bend in it relatively easy! It does not roll down or cut into my skin either. I saw very few reviews representing the larger women so I knew I needed to post this. The pics are all with the waist trainer on btw! I wear a 22/24 in jeans and I got the 6x. Idk if I'll wanna wear this all day but I will definitely sleep in it. I hope I can see some results with this...so far so good though! Ladies please give this a try!!
