I love it! I love how it comes lower in the front to cover the lower tummy area. The material is thick and high quality feeling. The hooks are heavy duty and easy to clasp. I have a 29” waist and got a small. It fits me on the loosest row, so I have two more rows that I can tighten as my waist shrinks. Amazing product!

I initially started with a xxl and just with medium. I'm 5'8" and 170 lbs. I always have a hard time finding this type of product that covers my long todo. This fit perfectly, and doesn't roll up or down. This waist trainer has helped shape am hour glass figure. I didn't lose the shape After pregnancy either! This is my second purchase on this item I absolutely love it with in a week you could see a difference in losing inches I’m 5’5 weighting 210 waist is in the 40’sThe first purchase was a large but I had to use the first hook it was hard to put on but after I wore it the first time it was easier ..I just ordered another large an I’m on the tighter hook I could have gotten the medium..If you stay consistent you will see a change the material is great my old one still work but I throw it in the trunk or in my closet an it still was doing it’s job when I wear it..I will wear this one for a month straight an will have to reorder another size down to keep it tight .Even when you see you change keep wearing it even if it’s 2 -4 hrs a day working out,napping,at work,sleep or even just sitting watching tv(the pictures show my old one vs new one as well as the others show on an off)

I just got my trainer and have worn it a few hours and so far I love it! It's not a bad smell like some reviews have stated and it's really soft and flexible to your body. It doesn't roll or bend into your skin I love how it fits when I bend and move. I plan on wearing it to work everyday. Also I wear a size 14 and weigh about 200 lbs and i got a 3XL and it fits perfect I've gained some tummy weight back though. You can also wear it under clothes and not notice this is really a good trainer. Oh I'm about 5'5 and half and it goes just beneath my breast it may be too short for taller torso. hopefully this helps someone I recommend.

This product met and exceeded my expectation. I am regularly a sz medium, 5'2" and currently weigh 135-140 pounds ( I ordered a medium). I am trying to lose 20 lbs and have been dieting and exercising, but was looking for a quality waist trainer to #1 help shape and smooth my tummy, but also to give support to my back while lifting, and help my posture. I've had the Nylon kind, but wanted something with boning, that was sturdy and effective while not being bulky under my clothes. This trainer is all of that (& even kind of sexy). It was a little difficult to clasp shut on the loosest setting, but I did it ( It did push out my skin a little bit up top but not uncomfortably so). I know if I had ordered a large, it would have fit on a tight setting, but my goal is to move down, not up. After wearing for a couple of hours, it is still nice and firm. Well worth the purchase and not outrageously priced!

I'm 194 lbs and my waist is 34 inches. I recently decided to train my waist and so I've tried a few other brands over time. What I like about this product is that it is super comfortable and can be worn to the gym. It's not very noticeable under clothing as well. It fits perfectly even though the latex is a little less thinner than the others I'm accustom to. What can you expect anyway with such a good price! I bought the medium and i mostly wear it on the first set of hooks. I sometimes wear it on the middle set of hooks if I want more tension! I definitely intent to purchase another one.

This is my first ever waist trainer and I have to say it’s not nearly as bad as I had thought. I am 5’4”, 140 lbs and ordered the size small. It was not difficult to get on at all so I’ll probably wear it on the largest size for a week or so before I go down to the middle size. I have only been wearing this waist trainer for one day- 4.5 hours to be exact. For the time that I wore it, it was surprisingly comfortable (enough) and gave instant slimming results. These results were of course only temporary since I’ve only been wearing it for one day. It also helped with my posture, which is great since good posture screams confidence! The current pictures shown are from day one. As you can see in the pictures the waist trainer is semi noticeable under the dress that I’m wearing but it is super tight and a sort of t-shirt material. Anyway I am happy with the results and will write more later!

I am in LOVE with this waist shaper. I have worn one before with great results but since it wasn't as great of quality, I am so glad I took the chance on this. It fits amazingly. Granted, I have a small waist and large hips, so it fits looser around my waist, but it still feels very good and feels incredibly comfortable. I want to include that I'm 5'7" and the length is perfect for me. I have a 31 inch waist and wear a size 11 pants and I ordered a medium and comfortably have it set on the middle hooks - I have worn these before and feel comfortable with tighter settings. The sizing they give is pretty accurate, especially for newer users.
